At Terbay, we thoroughly review all your projects and customer requests for which you have submitted a request for proposal. During this evaluation, we analyze the manufacturability of the part, taking into account our production capacity and manufacturing and machinery capabilities. We reach out to our customers to discuss areas where we can streamline production and reduce costs. We provide a price quote for all parts that are suitable for our production line.

We handle the design and production of the molds, fixtures, and gauges required for each part we manufacture in-house. To this end, our design team uses AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and SOLIDCAM software. Before part production begins, the parameters and equipment required for all operations are defined, and the production team is briefed on these details.

All details pertaining to the sample are manufactured in accordance with the customer’s technical drawings and specifications, and are 100% measured and reported by our quality control team. After all details have passed through the measurement and approval process, they are sent as a set to the prototype production line. Prototype production is carried out using the previously prepared molds, jigs, and fixtures, and the prototypes are then measured. If the part, which has been approved after welding and assembly, requires further processing, it is sent to the CNC unit; otherwise, it proceeds directly to the paint shop. The part, painted and packaged according to customer specifications, is 100% inspected and shipped along with the PPAP file.

Weekly production quantities are determined based on customer demand, taking into account the optimal efficiency to be achieved in production, packaging, and shipping. All manufactured parts are inspected to ensure they comply with the customer’s technical drawings and specifications.
