As Terbay, we carefully consider all your project and customer request for proposals. During this evaluation, we analyze the manufacturability of the part by taking into account our production capacity, production and mechanic capabilities. We contact our customers to discuss the necessary issues to ensure ease of production and cost-benefit. We offer prices to all parts suitable for our production line.

For every part we plan to produce, we design and manufacture the necessary molds, fixtures, and jigs within ourselves. Our design team uses AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and SOLIDCAM programs. We complete the necessary parameters, and equipments for all the processes, and inform the production team prior to part production.

All the details of the specimen are 100% measured and reported by our quality team according to customer technical drawing and specifications. After all the details have passed the measurement and approval processes, they are sent to the prototype production line as a set. Prototype production is performed with the previously prepared molds, jigs, and fixtures, and measured. The part approved by welding assembly is sent to the CNC unit if it has transaction operations on it, if not directly to the painting unit. The part painted and packaged according to customer requests are 100% checked and delivered with the PPAP file.

Production of weekly quantity is determined according to the customer requests considering the optimum efficiency in production, packaging, and transportation.
